We run an efficient, cost effective 24 hour maintenance division attending to emergencies and general non-urgent maintenance faults. Our service is primarily aimed at residential landlords or agents for the property letting sector. As our background is acutely attuned to that of the residential letting sector we are familiar with the regulations and formalities of property letting whether it be a one bedroom flat or 7 bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
Through our experience we have developed an effective response solution whereby we are able to place faults in order of severity. Some faults will have to be dealt with before others whereby a tenants health and safety is placed in jeopardy, or where further damage may be caused to a property by not attending swiftly. Under these circumstances we will attend to a property on a 24/7 basis. However, non-urgent calls will be dealt with within the normal working week saving the landlord, or tenant unnecessary emergency call out fees.
It is a common misconception amongst tenants that all maintenance issues are the responsibility of the landlord. What makes our service unique is unlike a typical maintenance firm, we will identify the cause of the fault. This enables the landlord or agent to invoice the landlord or tenant accordingly, dependent on where the liability lies.
When performing work for an agent, based on your preference we are happy to invoice the landlord/tenant directly as part of the service, or invoice the agent to enable you to maintain an ‘in-house’ image.
