The call out rates vary depending on the time of the call out. As stated below only emergency call outs will be placed outside of the standard working hours and will incur a surcharge.

For call outs outside of these hours, a premium of £70.00 is payable plus the rates stated above depending on the day of the week.
The call out charge covers a period of 30 minutes, For more time consuming jobs, you will be charged the call out rate plus a further fee for the extra time. You should budget for approximately £25.00 per hour.
The cost for call outs for services such as working on gas, electric or plumbing varies. A gas safety certificate costs a flat fee of £60.00 for up to 2 appliances (e.g. boiler and cooker)
